From the Rockies to the Appalacians
The Happy Trails Photo Booth is a labor of love and a dream made into reality. Originally made in 1957 by the Shasta camper company, she was in need of a new purpose when a couple in Parker, Colorado did just that. She was restored, renovated, and converted into a dream concept - a professional traveling photo booth.
1,300 miles away, she caught the eye of a mother-daughter duo who fell instantly in love with her. The charm of the Happy Trails Photo Booth was irresistable, and with a love for party planning and photography, they knew this would be the adventure of a lifetime. Although some said they were crazy, they realized that no other business like this existed around Birmigham, Alabama, and that the originality of a vintage camper photo booth was just what the entertainment industry needed to compliment the already booming food-truck concept in the city. Together they set out on a cross-country road trip, bringing her home to Alabama and, fittingly. named her "Joy".
Today, Joy travels throughout the southeast and is known as a premiere entertainment source for events and celebrations of all types and sizes. Always a head-turner, she makes a statement at every party, wedding, corporate event, and prom she performs at. Her owners thank all of their wonderful clients and fans who have believed in them, the Happy Trails Photo Booth concept, and helped to make their dreams come true. Joy is happily dedicated to all the dreamers.
