From the Rockies to the Appalacians
The Happy Trails Photo Booth is a labor of love. She was originally made in 1957 by the Shasta camper company, but her second rebirth was not long ago by a couple of doctorate students living in Parker, Colorado. There she was restored, converted into a professional photo booth, and thus began her new life! Insert Jennifer.
The charm of tiny vintage campers had caught her attention, Jenn never imagined she’d own one of her own. The desire had been building to invest in her own business though, mostly as a way to spend more time with her family and to enjoy work in a creative field. By chance, she happened upon the Happy Trails Photo Booth online – and the business was for sale. With absolutely no knowledge about travel campers, but a strong and building hobby in photography, not to mention an absolute love for the entire concept, Jenn was sold. Together, she and her daughter set out on a 1,300 mile adventure to bring their newfound “Joy” to sweet home Alabama.
Today, Joy travels throughout Birmingham and the entire southeast and is known as a premiere entertainment source for events! Always a head-turner, Joy makes a statement at every party, wedding, corporate event, and prom she attends! Next time you see her in or around the Magic City be sure to snap a pic and tag us – we’d love to see whose face she brings a smile to next!
